ABOUT DR MAY

DR JOHN MAY is a specialist knee surgeon operating out of Life Kingsbury Hospital, Claremont and Life Sports Science Orthopaedic Surgical Day Centre, Newlands.

I advise and treat all knee conditions including sports injuries, palliative measures for wearing out of knees and for advanced wear knee replacement surgery.

For the past 30 years I have been in Private Specialist Knee Surgery Practice in Cape Town.

I am a keen sportsman and have competed and continue to compete in marathon running, cycle tours and hockey where a South African team competes in the World Masters Hockey Tournament every two years.
